Privacy Policy
SafetyAnywhere LLC ("SafetyAnywhere", "we") runs SafetyAnywhere, a safety-training platform used by industrial sites, contractors and their workers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect. Your name, the email address and mobile phone number you give us, your company, your training records (courses taken, scores, certificates, evaluation results), and a profile photo when a site requires one for its training card. We collect it when you or your employer create your account, when you sign in, and as you train.
Why we use it. To sign you in, to deliver and record your training, to issue certificates and training cards that a site can verify, to notify you about training that is due or expiring, and to keep your account secure. Training records are shared with the employer or site that assigned the training, because proving that training is the point of the service.
Text messages. If you enter your mobile number, we send you a one-time sign-in code by SMS when you ask for one, and a short security notice if the phone number or email on your account changes. One message per sign-in or account change; no marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.
Who we share with. Your employer or the site that assigned your training sees your training records. Service providers who run our platform (cloud hosting, email delivery, text-message delivery, payment processing for store purchases) handle data only to provide those services. We do not sell personal information. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
How long we keep it. Training records are kept for as long as they may need to be proven, which for safety training is years. Account contact details are kept while the account exists.
Your choices. You can see and change your email, phone number and time zone on your profile page, sign out other devices, and ask us to delete an account that has no training history to preserve. Write to info@safetyanywhere.com.
