Terms of Service
These terms cover the use of SafetyAnywhere's training platform and website. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them. [If SALMS's End User License Agreement is the binding contract for the platform, say so here and link it; this page is the public summary Twilio needs to find.]
The service. SafetyAnywhere provides online safety training, hands-on evaluation records, certificates and training cards for industrial sites, contractors and their workers.
Your account. Keep your sign-in method to yourself. A sign-in code sent to your phone or email is for you alone; never share it. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account.
Text messaging terms (SafetyAnywhere sign-in codes and account notices)
- Program: SafetyAnywhere sign-in codes and account-security notices, sent by SafetyAnywhere LLC.
- What you receive: a one-time six-digit code when you ask to sign in by text, and a security notice when the phone number or email on your account is changed.
- Frequency: one message per sign-in request or account change. Message frequency varies with how often you sign in. No recurring or marketing messages.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out:Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply START to receive sign-in codes again.
- Help:Reply HELP to any message, or email info@safetyanywhere.com, or call (281) 626-8488.
- Consent is not required to use the service: you can sign in with a code sent to your email instead, and accounts without a phone number are never texted.
- Privacy: how we handle your number is described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.safetyanywhere.com/privacy.
- Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use. No sharing accounts, no attempting to access records that are not yours, no interfering with the service.
Changes. We may update these terms; the date below tells you when.
